Standing Military Press Max Out - 135 x 3, 155 x 1, 160 x 1 [BW and PR!]
1:8 Hitting standing military press, kept them strict by having no leg drive.This is the first time I've did a max out on film. I didn't notice I started with knees slightly bent. 2:14 Trying something new with back squats. Was aiming for 20 but these are TOUGH. Didn't want to push myself too hard without a cage so I stopped at 15. I might of been able to truck out 2-3 more with a cage. I might transition back to standing calf raises with the bar on my back. I really like how that felt.
