       <p>Trying something new with back squats. Was aiming for 20 but these are TOUGH. Didn't want to push myself too hard without a cage so I stopped at 15. I might of been able to truck out 2-3 more with a cage. 

I might transition back to standing calf raises with the bar on my back. I really like how that felt.</p><p></p>
